The addition of a PCR method by Assurance GDS™ (Genetic Detection System) enhances our ability to provide rapid analysis of food and environmental samples for Salmonella, Listeria spp., Listeria monocytogenes, E.coli O157:H7, Enterobacter sakazakii and Shiga Toxin Genes.
